It sounds like your web host sucks.

It maybe time to look for a new webhost, we do our own web hosting on which you can have Web Wiz Forums pre-installed, and also offers loads of other useful features.

i did switch to www.fastsvc.com and everything is working now (Unlimited data transfer)
anyway thanks for your help
