   When entering the forum with windows_Authentication on, users authenticated with the webserver are automatically logged into the forum. 

This is an issue when you log in as the Admin and try to use the "membership Admin" tool in the CP.

It's not possible to change the group of a member, because the system thinks you only are logged in with your windows authentication.
So all admin required properties disappear.
