Cant setting up Permissions, please help

When i try ro set up directory Permissions i use folder 'Properties' but I do not have there 'Security' Tab. Does anyone know what to do?

You need to go to 'Folder Options' in your control panel and turn off 'simple file sharing', you will then get the 'Security' Tab.
