Changing 1st day of week in Calendar?

How can I change the 1st day of week in Calendar system ?? I want it to be monday insted of sunday.
Where can I set this ?

The reason why it is Sunday is a limitation of VbScript, the language used to write the forum in.

For some reason Microsoft decided that Sunday should be the first day of the week in VBscript rather than Monday. Unhappy
