Cannot show Traditional Chinese in Subject field

	In Version 7, It can show Traditional Chinese in Subject field. But in Version 8, If I change the "language decoding" in IE to Traditional Chinese, it just affect the current page. When I click to another page, the "language decoding" will become "Weatern". Then it is very uncomfortable than Version 7.

	You need to edit the file 'includes/browser_page_encoding_inc.asp' and change the forum to use a page encoding that works with your language.
