Visually Seperate Categories

Greetings :)

Does anyone happen to know how to visually seperate forum categoies, basically make them appear in sections with their own header bars, a great example is...

There two things here I am trying to accomplish;

1. The separtion of categories (maybe forums is a better description) but the end result is what you see on the above site; they display a unique section for; News and Announcements, EzASPSite etc.

2. In each individual section there is an extra bar (row) ... i.e. the first bar is the description (News and Announcements) and the second bar (row) simply says "Forum".

Any help would greatly appreciated!

Yes, I did exactly that before posting, in fact the example I gave is one of them ;)

Trying to decipher what part of a modified forum is responsible for this is pretty tough... what I was hoping for was to find someone who has done it to the "stock" web wiz forum, and willing to share their concept.
