Hello there,

The problem concerning the fileupload has been solved thanks to you.
But now i do have an other problem concerning the email notification.
When i email a person from within the forum the email arrives inmidiatly. When i want to receive an email notification when a new post has been made on the forum things won' t work. I tried everything so far. But so far no good. Is it my smtp provider like i did read in youre forum that blockes email. I have a W2003 webedition server and my domain is running from there as well as my emailserver.(pop). Do you have a solution?

It could be that your SMTP server will only send to local email addresses.

Also if you are testing, then even if you are subscribed to a topic of forum, if you post you will not receive an email notification as you should know what you have posted.

To run your tests login as a different user.

It's exactly what you have written as probably the cause off the malfuncioning emailnotification.
