Illegal Distribution of Web Wiz Forums

There are plans to alter the license agreement to allow sites to redistribute and install unmodified Adware versions of Web Wiz Forums.

If people wish to redistribute modified versions of Web Wiz Forums then this will be limited to modifications to localise the software (ie. change the language) and only after written permission is granted and other checks are carried out.

The reason for this is that 3rd party modified versions usually come and go leaving support and upgrade issues, with users of these modified version not able to upgrade to new versions leaving them with unsecured older versions when the people making the modified version disappear.

The new license agreement that allows distribution of the adware version will become available once our legal people OK the final draft for the license agreement.

This new license agreement will allow hosting and web design companies to advertise and install software like the adware version of Web Wiz Forums on their clients sites and/or hosting accounts as well as localised versions in Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, etc.
