Fill the email when register, but the activate email can not be sent out.

Error details:-

From the error message it looks like you have entered incorrect settings in the admin area for the SMTP server, as it says the SMTP server you have entered is not available.

Without a vlaid SMTP server to relay on emails, you can't send any emails.
