Database spam protection problems

Hi,
 
I am having an odd problem with my Access Database. When a new post is created or a PM is delivered, the email that is sent to the recepient comes out like this:
 
Your Private Message "RE: Lost 'admin' button!", has been sent to
 
I have asked this before and -BoRg- had explained that it was about encryption of the data from the database. When it is viewed on a web page it comes out properly but when an email is sent it just takes what is in the database (in it's encrypted form) and sends that. You can work out what it is about but looks a bit messy.
 
I am using 8.03 and -BoRg- said that it is no longer encrypting that data from the database so there should be no problem however I still am.
 
 
I have modded my forum but not to the extent of altering the way data is added/retrieved from the database.
 
Can someone assist me in resolving this problem

I've found a solution faster and easier than I thought.

In the file pm_new_message.asp on line 397 change to:-

blnEmailSent = SendMail(strEmailBody, decodeString(strToUsername), decodeString(strToEmail), strMainForumName, decodeString(strForumEmailAddress), decodeString(strEmailSubject), strMailComponent, false)
