We purchased the link removal code for version 7.9.  Do we need to purchase a new link removal code for version 8.03, or purchase an upgrade?

No not for 7.9 as 7.x license are lifetime licenses.

What about for 8.x?  I'm planning on buying a license as soon as i get enough cash saved up.  Are you still planning to support lifetime licenses/upgrades?

Yes at the moment it is a continuing feature, as it means that free upgrades everyone can be running the latest version which is better for security and makes support simpler.
