Language problem when EDIT message

Hello,
could you please help me with issue?
- 8.01 SQL, includes/browser_encoding_inc.asp set to Windows 1251 (Russian)
- when I create new or read old posts, everything fine
- but if I edit exising page and "Languages" in browser (IE) set to "English", I got unreadable characters. If I set it to "Russian", all fine, but it not useful for lot of applications...
 
In few words - I need to edit posts properly with Win1251 Encoding and "English" language in "Languages"

I also tested in Firefox - all fine regardless English-only settings in "Languages" option
Firefox is good browser, but most of users use IE...

I have changed this for the next version so that the RTE area is updated when you update the browser encoding file.

This should prevent this problem from occurring.

boRg could u tell us what did u change to prevent this problem, my forum is modded and I dont want to loose anything, by simply rewriting the files.
