You would have to use imaging editing software to save your screen shot as a gif or jpg file.

You can then upload it to the forum, as long as you have setup upload tools from the admin area and given yourself or your usergroup permission to upload in a forum.

I mean a link mentioning upload attachments??

If you want to save a screenshot, the easyest way is to click the "Print Screen" Button then open up Paint and paste it. Now you can work with it and cut out some of it or resize it, whatever. Then save it as a name .jpg,  or .gif
 
It is better if you have a photo program of some type, Paint is not a best to work with.
 
After that upload it to a server and post your picture.
 
 
Edit: Sorry after reading the screenshot Ouch I see you didn't want to know how to make a screenshot LOL
