Hi All;
 
I found a small bug, Check this signature in your profile:

This signature is 200 chars (I give a space for show to you). I think system is alter forum codes then write DB. Smiley codes (ex : [ : Y : ] ) have a problem. Because smileys codes 5-6 chars but this code writes as "smileys/smileyxx.gif" (15-20 chars)

This is not a bug. This has already even been discussed.

Also how the heck are you a moderator and only have 83 posts???

Yeah thats exactly the problem, the forum code you put into the input box is much shorter than the produced HTML.

The database field this goes into has a maximum size of 250 so maybe setting the maximum characters that can be added to a signiture to 200 will give this a little lee way.

I didnt say you hacked for the forum.

What i find funny is Bruce made you a moderator yet you are not even following some of the forum rules, such as doing a search as your post has been discussed before. Also moderators should know these things.
