See where is say "Edited by felix.akinyemi - Today at 4:25pm" when you edit a topic... where can i change that, not turn it off in admin but change the text!!!

It all depends which part you want to change.

The text for 'edited by' and 'at' are in the language files.

The username is taken from the users username.

The date is formatted in the file 'functions/functions_date_time_format.asp'

I want to remove the date and time and make the username bold.
 
The code i see it
If InStr(1, strMessage, "<edited>", 1) Then strMessage = editedXMLParser(strMessage)
 
and i'm not sure what that means!!!

You need to find the function called 'editedXMLParser', this is where the formatting is done.

This function is found in the file 'functions/functions_format_post.asp'
