i am struggling to set up a forum on my website http://www.mshadows.org but i have no idea where to start, i have uploaded the file to my file manager - now what?!?!?!? please help

When you download Web Wiz Forums you download a zip file, you need to uncompress the zip file keeping all files and directories intact then follow the install instructions that come with it which explains how you upload the files to your web host and set the forum up.

Within the zip file you should find around 500 files and images.
