cant send mass email for members.

Hello.
i tried to senf email for members and it not working.
i updated the configuration and i using ASPMAIL.
when i am tryng to send a messeg i get this messeg:
 
There are 1 email's sent out of a total of 3
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/forum/admin/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 286
800401f3

this is line 286 in functions_send_mail.asp:

Set objAspMail = Server.CreateObject("SMTPsvg.Mailer")

Is ASPMail enabled on your web server?

also check that you dont require authentification on email

also that the mailserver exists

ASPMAIL is enabled and the mailserver is exists

Does it work when you select another component - like cdonts ?

i cant use cdonts its not enabled but i will check it with other component and i will give you the answer
