I can’t install the forum...

I really need help with this!!

I must be the only person in the world who can't do anything to get the forum working on my website that I am designing!!
 
All the files have been uploaded to the site in the correct directories etc however when I go the web address i get this message..

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@northwesthammers.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have turned off the friendly error messages and tried all that I can think of...Cry
 
Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong.. I feel extremely thick..

Have you checked the 'forum requirements' page to make sure the server you are using supports web wiz forums?

I have and I think I am fine but...!!
 
I am using Telvio and am awaiting a reply as to whether they support ASP.  It would appear that they do but i thought it best to check.
 
I thought they were the server?  What else do I need to check on?  It may seem a really dumb question but I am pretty useless but keen to learn!
