I would like to start by saying you have an excelent products here and then I ask my questions?

 
1. I am looking to be able to upload images to the forum from the user PC. do I need RTE to do that?
 
2. Can I change the font size for the diffrent Forum names? I did not see anything in the Admin area regarding that.
 
3. Can I make the forums to showup on the right side of the screen instead of the left side?

1. Yes users can upload images and files in the present version, and you don't need the RTE to do it, just an upload component installed on the server.

2. Font sizes etc. are changed by editing the skin_file.asp and CSS file, in version 8 it will be made simpler to do.

3. You can edit the header.asp file and change the body to show RTL instead of LTR
