You need to turn off friendly HTTP error messages in IE so you get an accurate error message. This then will tell you what the problem is.

Thanks a lot Borg for your answering,

When I turn off friendly HTTP error messages it shows

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

You cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in table 'tblAuthor'.

/delete_member.asp, line 124

Any idea?

It looks like you may have some type of curruption in the database.

Try downloading the database and compacting and repairing it in Access.
