Yes, I used the change username form and typed nothing in the new username field and clicked change username and it changed it. It just deleted the administrator username and replaced it with nothing.
I attempted it to edit it but i couldnt, i cant even login with it anymore. I went into the web-based db and accessed the author tbl and tried to edit the username but that also failed after i click to submit the change. The error occurs is:
