Problem accessing Admin area

Hi;
I’m running v7.92 SQL version.
I had not tried to access the admin area in a few weeks.
I tried today and can’t.
I get the message that access is denied, that only members with sufficient permission can access this page.
The admin user login works and I can access other areas.
I cleared my cookies and logged in again still no luck.
I added a few response.write statements in the admin/common.asp file to print out the strLoggedInUserCode value and it does not match what’s in the database table for the admin user?

Is this a known problem or am I missing something?
