apologies if this question has been answered elsewhere, but I have searched for this and not had any luck. (If it has been answered earlier I'd be grateful if someone could post the link to the relevant thread.)
We have two full 'paid' versions of Web Wiz Forums. (One on each of our sites.) They've been working really well since being added a few weeks back.
In the last week we've started experiencing problems with the 'Active Topics' button. In that it doesn't seem to display 'Active Topics' for the time periods that are in the drop down, but displays them for the whole day. The number of topics displayed doesn't actual change until you click from the last hour option to the 'yesterday' option.
We are using version 7.9
Our forum active topic areas are here, if someone wouldn't mind taking a look at this and advising us on how to solve the problem we'd be really grateful.
