Hi there everyone,

I am new and this is the very first time I am using this lovely forum. I do not have much knowledge on electronics and want to learn from you. Currently I have 120 x 3 watts Cree (star) type LED bulbs. I am trying to build LED lighting system for my reef tank and want to use all 120 LED's in one array. I need 12volt 400 watts AC/DC transformer or driver. I can find them all well and good but when it comes down to dimmable transformer, I can't find it anywhere (in 400 watt range).  Please help me as I may not even be looking at the right products. I want to be able to use one dimmer command controller which can be connected to the LED driver or transformer and use dimmer controller to command the dimming functions.

I have not got a clue how to get around this issue as I can only find max 150 watts dimmable transformer. This means that I have to buy 3 AC/DC transformers to run the total number of LED's which also means using dimmer controller on 3 transformer would be quite difficult. I could be wrong and if you think I can put 3 x 150 dimmable transformer together and then connect the dimmer, will this work? If you know the answer then please PM me....once again thanks a million

Please help me...

Hello Tahiriqbal,

Welcome here... but this forum is not about electronics... it's a web-development site!
