Hi

I have just moved a posting from one forum to another. the postexists OK in the new forum, but it also apears to exist in the old one, when I click on the old link I get an error message "There are no thread's in the database relating to this topic".

Any way I can delete the errant message?

cheers

You will have to use the delete post button from the topic page.

The error only occurs in the access version as access can take sometime updating itself, so it still sees the old topic as containing a post.

Thanks boRg

I am using access, and I did delete from the topics page, I obviously cannot get back now because of the above error.

The deletion took place about 4 hours ago just how long does access take to update? :)

It has to delete it while the page loads, if it doesn't then it's to late, you need to go to the page that lists all the topics and click on the bin icon to delete the topic.
