Do you mean create your OWN calendar system that is like Googles?

If so then you can find various calendar systems at HotScripts.com

Or do you mean use googles to display on your own website?

If so then you can use the RSS feeds from google to display events on your website using either ASP or PHP depending on your hosting package and website.
