Hello,

In our older system, we were using a ladder group in which user groups are defined based on the number of their replies. We have now changed it to the points that they collect by received thanks, given replies ...etc.
Although I set "Minimum Number of Points" to 1500 for a group, the users who already have about 5000 replies in the forum are not in this group. Normally it should be more than enough to be in this group but not. Could you please tell me the reason of this and possible solution?

When a member posts in the forums a check is carried out to see if the member is in the correct ladder group for the number of posts that they have.

If you have changed the number of points for ladders groups members would not be updated till next they post.
