No password involved.

When i open it, it says it needs to be raipaired. When I try to this it says that it is not a valid MS Access file.

Also says its an unrecognised database format.

Not sure if it is any good though.
I cant understand how you backup got corrupted aswell lol
 
This is another reason not to use access, let the MS SQL Evo begin !! :D

No luck then.

The backup is corrupted as the back up happened minutes after the main db got corrupted.

I have used a program called AccessFix and can see the data but only have trial version and it wont return the data into another db for me without paying. Costs away too much over my budget.

Anyone have a copy of this or any other application that might help me? Any advice or anything.
