I am looking for a very basic freeware ASP/Access Help Desk or Call Logging application to install on my Intranet.  Nothing fancy but need to log User Name, Asset Number, Problem Description and a few other bits.

Does anyone know where I can download such an application?

You can build a simple web form that spits text into a db. look at borgs tutorials, just be copying code form those you could make the simple app you are referring to.
I'm a wannabe programmer that knows how to do nothing but create invalid procedure arguments.
