Can anyone help?!

My forum has gone down (again) im pretty sure its the server but im a novice!! None of my asp scripts work, and i get this message

HTTP 403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden
Internet Information Services

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

This is a server problem, contact your hosting company as you don't have permission to execute ASP files in that directory.

If you have a control panel for your web site it could be that you have accidently turned off ASP from their.
