Hi,
I have a problem with the forum on my site. If I post a new topic, or edit one, or reply to one, I can't just click on a smiley to add the code in the textbox. The same problem with the bold, italic, underline and the rest of the buttons. Also, in the left under corner of my screen there is a page with a yellow note of exclamation. What has gone wrong?
I use a free host, Brinkster, and I turned the RTE off.

Becuase of the free adds Brinkster now inject into pages it messes up
the javascript file which means that the buttons for the editor will
not work.
It's something that you will either have to live with or get a paid hosting account.

Well, i dont think if you disable RTE it will come. but im not sure. if it does then you need to edit the JS and remove it
Regarding similleys, have u disabled it 4m admin area ?

You will need to edit the message_form_inc.asp file in the includes directory.
