help with d/l on brinkster getting errors

I've  downloaded the files on brinksters and it gives me 5 errors.

They are

upload_avatars.asp _>scanning file...error:server>scripttimeout set too high.

microsoft vbscript runtime error '800a01a8'   object required:"

?filemanageruploadfiles.asp,line 92

every thing is the same except for the file . the others are

upload_files.asp

upload_images.asp

delete_category.asp

delete_forum.asp

delete_group.asp

I would like some help please ...i've never tried to do anything like this so dont laugh too hard at me . when it comes to programing i know nothing . the person that refered me to this forum said it was easy .it was until the errors and your guide to in stall on brinkster was very easy to understand.                                  thanks,jeff
