Hit Counter + Date

Does any one know where i can get a copy of a tutorial or script like this or can you make me one?

I want my hit counter to have the following things ...

So far on my hit counter i have todays reading from a file and total from a database but i am willing to do it another way if i can get the following...

-Todays Hits
-Yesterdays Hits
-Total Hits
-This Weeks Hits
-Your Hits
-Months hits
-Years Hits
