Money can buy anything... this friend of mine (www.videoarab.com) needed bandiwdth of no less than 5,000 GB per month and he kept struglling till he found something satisfactory of unmetered bandiwdth with a dedicated server package.... i think he pays 200 USD per month.  So such thing exists... you just have to keep looking and you'll sure find what you need.
