How can I change format of notification emails?

   When you make a new post or reply to a post, an email is sent to everyone who has subsribed to either the post or the forum it is in. I want to modify the file that creates the email.  In other words, I want to put the link to the post at the bottom of the message body rather than where it is now (preceeding the message body).  Which file is the code in and how can I put these guys at the bottom of the message:
