How can I put my own image just below the header

I have tried to put my own ad just below the header.but I am not able to... I would like to have my own image from my own localhost not from some site like Google Ad.  And here is the code below I used:

strHeaderAds = (vbCrLf & " <div align=""center"" style=""margin:5px;""><img src='http://localhost/forum/web_wiz_forums.gif'></div>")

Anyone,  please help me to resolve this problem.... This will be a great help to me....
