IS this a -> DO IT NOW, you fool! Are you crazy? or Do it ASAP, but not an emergency............. but you really DO need it, or Do it when you are doing other stuff, it would be nice but the sky won't fall tonight. If it takes a month, no biggy......

Thanks, Bruce. since you are the host, I'll get our ducks in a row as far as backing up the changed files, the CSS files, etc. as we DO have some customizations in place (besides colors, and such, I've added some links and icons), and then turn it over to you. I'll use the ticket process when ready.

My forums are using v9.56a and I've not had to do an upgrade before as we were born brand new into that version.
Is there a very clear upgrade path for someone who actually has very little experience in this sort of thing or is it deemed quite complex to upgrade?

It's very easy, just follow the upgrade instructions on the documentation pages:- http://www.webwiz.net/webwizforums/kbIf you host your forum on our servers, then just fill in a support ticket from your Client Area account requesting the update and we can do it for you at no extra charge.
