You would need to modify your header to work correctly with NewsPad which uses CSS for the layout of NewsPad.

If you have a custom header you wish to use, such as a website template enter the HTML below that you want displayed at the top of NewsPad.

This is a little miss leading

How is this misleading?

If you have a custom header or website template that you want to display at the top of NewsPad then you enter the HTML in the text box provided.

Unless your header is a basic HTML header then you will more than likely need to modify your custom header to work with NewsPad as your own header or website template may not be completely compatible and may require modification to correctly place the header and/or to prevent conflicts with page elements used to display NewsPad pages.

If your header includes server side code or include files then you can not use this feature and would instead have to edit the includes/header.asp and includes/footer.asp file instead of using the admin tool for this. Again you may need to modify the header and footer to work correctly with NewsPad.
