What happens when you click on a link to a word document?

Are you doing it from a .htm./.html page on your local pc or on a remote webserver?

Firstly, other users won't be able to click the link you provided because it seems to be on your local/network drive. To post a link to a Word document just click the link button in the RTE and enter the URL to the word document and press ok.
