The simplest way is to edit one of the exsisting default_style.css files found in the css_styles directory and place it into a new folder in the css_styles directory

This in the admin area in the skins page type in the path to your new CSS folder to apply the new css style sheet.

Borg,

It seems like there is not much of the difference in the skin for default or the classic skin and (the other one I forgot).  I didnt see anything different.

The only difference I see is the dark background.

I think they are just there to give you an idea and a little more option. It could be worse, could just have 1 skin.

Old skins will not work with v9.x. v9 has come out with a whole new css and image format.
