How to create and install new skins?

Yes, that's what I meant. I came across this forum that was on V8 and was under the impression that it was an option of webwiz.

So now that I'm on a forum that just switched to V9 was surprised that it didn't have it.

Would you happen to know a time frame as to when this would be possible?

PS-The admin made a different skin from what comes as default on V9, but quite boring. The single "select skin" modification is something that I haven't seen on many forms and a great addition. Did I already say that?

So how do you get the forum skin to change, I reset it to a different directory but it didn't change
