How to default topic to show last page

Hi,
 
I was wondering where and how i can change the default page as last page instead of first page of a specific Topic.
 
In other words. If thre is any topic which has more than one page upon clicking the Topic it is defaulted to first page. I appreciate if anyone can help me in changing it to last page of that Topic instead of First page.

In the 'Last Post' column there should be a grey or yellow arrow pointer icon '>'

If the icon is in yellow it means there are unread posts since your last visit in that topic and  clicking it will take you to the last unread post.

If it is grey clicking the link will take you to the last post in the topic.

Also clicking the 'Message' column on this page you are on now will reverse the order of posts to show the last post first. This should stick for the entire session you are on the forum.
