I got a half SMS.

Hi friends, I have a mobile, which doesnt display text messages, which are more than 160 characters. I got this message and I want the full one. Please help me. I have asked Yahoo! Answers, and everything. But no use!! Can you guys here help me??

Praveen, how old is your mobile / what's model is it?
 
Does this happen when you receive messages over 160 from anyone, or just one person?
 
Can YOU send messages over 160 from it?

It could be an older model phone. I wasn't able to send messages over 160 characters myself with older phones but I recently got me a blackberry pearl that will automatically create a second SMS if I go over 160 characters and sends the person two SMS to cover everything I wrote

Hey then if its possible to help me, my model is Motorola W209. The message appears as full after sometime and goes off to half. This is the problem .
 
Its the case with all the messages (for the messages stored in phone location. Not sim.)

Which model is it nokia?. IT will be concatinated , So check it again.. May be your provider have some problem. Me also face the same problem. But after a while i checked the message it was clear full messages shown
