Don't worry, we have complete access to our SQL manager thing.  Ok, I thought that we have installed the new version, no, we just donwloaded, that's it,  is not installed yet. Our old forum has a backup but it dosen't show up as a public page, do you know what i mean ? we have access to the files, we have copied the files and paste it again to see and nothing happend, we moved  the forum from the web server==> to the SQL, we mount the forum website in the SQL, but nothing. We worked also in the permissions, nothing happend.  Do you thing that there's anything corrupted or, do you know any ASP utility that we have to install in the server or may help ?, remember the forum in installed in the ISS of the SQL and, as far a we know is linked at the original forum database, but the original pages, the forum itself dosn't come up. So forget about the new version, we don't have it installed yet only downloaded, we have our old, first and only forum and a backup.  We don't know what else to do and unfortunally we have no contact any longer with the person I told you.  We also download the asp.net to see if it help, not installed yet, just the download. To be clear, one night everything was perfect in the forum, 5 minuts later "Hey, wher'es is the forum, where the forum goes ?".  What do you think is happening ?.

Turn off friendly HTTP errors in IE and you will get what the actual error is instead of the generic 500 internal server error page. This will help workout what the problem is.
