Then you probably added a mod or something that is slowing down the forum.

Or you are runing the access version and the database is getting large, that will slow down your forum allot.

Rubbish.

Both forums load at the same speed for me, anyway, you would be lucky if there is 30 post between the two forums, and that ain't going to slow nothing down.

I tried both forums. I don't find either one to be noticeably faster than the other. They both run about average speed. Maybe the speed is offset by the distance. I don't know where the users are that are trying to access it. I'm in western Canada.

Here is your problem right here.  Your server is overloaded!!! 

Sometimes your server will be fast (when there aren't many people on it) and sometimes it will be slow (when you have a lot of people on it).

I suggest finding a better web host and move to a new server.
