idea for Hidden topics approval feature

i was just thinking what i think would be a good feature.

some posts/topics that are ready for approval and ones that are changed to hidden need a feature where the approval people can set a comment, so that any of the other people able to approve posts/topics see the comment from one of the others.

it would require a field in the threads table where a comment can be set for the post.. if the first on in the thread./topic is written in then there would be something wrong with the topic.

this would be for the people that use the hidden topics feature.

this is an example that i could have used it.

there was a topic that was reported and i wasn't sure if it should have been deleted. so i have set it hidden.

any moderators/ -boRg- looking at the topic won't see why it has been hidden but if i had a feature where i could set a comment then i could say why it was set to hide.

also this would be the same with posts (not topics)...

could leave a comment like i haven't approved this because .....

all you would require is a extra field and then on the Moderated_topics.asp page bring in the value of the comments field and if <> "" write a button  where when hovered over it displaies the comment. like when you hover over a topic it gives a few lines of the topic.

sorry for the long post but wanted to make sure you know what i ment
