While having a cleanup of my Forums, I was using 'Batch delete topics' and had the wrong forum selected, getting rid of a whole Sub-Forum's worth of Topics that I wanted to keep.

I have backups of my (Access) Database with the Sub-Forum intact. Is there a way I can cut the Topics out of the old DB and post them in my current one ?
