Install RTE 3 into WWSiteNews?

   I thought this would be fairly straightforward, and it may be. As I
started looking into implementing the change I began to see how the
original RTE is integrated and it seems more than a little
complicated.  My thought is create new pages to add and edit the
news items referencing the db fields. My question is basically: Is the
actual editing and adding the news item process the complicated part or
is the old RTE the bulk of the code?
