Greetings:

I just signed up for the Business Hosted Account with Web Wiz Hosting to take advantage of a simpler installation of WWF.... (you guys would love to see the support transcript of me asking jodohost why I only have mySQL 4.0 on my account!)

Anyway, all that being said, do I need to download the free version of wwf to configure then reup it to my site with wwg?  I thought I read that somewhere, but it doesn't make sense to me when I see that the hosting package includes WWF installed.

Also, if I do need to initiate the install, which is preferred on your servers - MS SQL version or mySQL version?

Beceuase you didn't enter a domain name when you signed up for hosting it didn't give you the option of selecting to have Web Wiz Forums installed on your account when setting up your web hosting.

However, if you open a support ticket from your Client Area account letting us know which directory you want Web Wiz Forums installed in and the database version (I recommend SQL Server) then we will have the Premium Edition setup and configured for you.

Ahh, that makes sense!  Yes, I didn't enter domains because (FWIW) it was late last night and I thought the form was indicating what domains I wanted to register or transfer which traditionally means something very different.  I am assuming I can just point to your NS from my domain registrar.

Anyway, I've added 2 domains already in the Helm CP (very cool btw, so much easier to navigate than h-shpere!)  I will indeed put in a ticket to add WWF.  I am assuming I can run it on 2 sites...

Yes you can keep your domains with your present registrar the DNS nameservers that you need are:-

ns1.websitelive.net
ns2.websitelive.net
ns3.websitelive.net

Setting up the forums for you shouldn't be a problem, just put in the ticket and we can get it all sorted out for you.
