Hi there.

Borg, I think you did a wonderful job. RTE v2 is really cool.Big smile

However, there are certain things that I haven't found in the install docs neither yet on this forum.

1. How can I integrate WebWiz RTE in a form which already has a textarea not called "message"? I.e., how do I "apply" RTE to that specific pre-existent textarea?

2. How can I place multiple RTE textarea's in the same page using the same form?

Thanks.

1. The RTE needs to replace your text area, not convert them.

Because of the way RTE enabled browsers design mode works the text area is actualy replaced with an Iframe that is made editable, this means that it can not be applied to already existing textareas.

2. Multiple RTE's can not be used in the same page.

Borg, thanks a lot for your quick reply. Big smile

It's a pity, because I believe that WebWiz RTE would be very useful to replace old text editor's or populate as many textareas as we would want to in a single form.

I gan give you the example of "htmlarea", used by "InteractiveTools". If WebWiz RTE could integrate the same way (or even easier), it would become HUGELY popular. Thumbs Up
